While I was living in Santa Barbara in 2009, George W. Bush sent government employee Daniel Greenough to California to ask me to stop my current projects and to join he and others in moving to Texas to work with Bush on a top secret, high altitude airship/dirigible spy satellite system, known as the SOS, Suborbital Satellite. Mr. Bush had assisted me in getting a job at RG Hansen in Santa Barbara, California in 2006 where I had worked to help revitalize and save the Sidewinder missile project as the Project Manager. After fixing the issue with crypostat, a cryogenic flow control valve used in the precision optics, RG Hansen realized millions of dollars selling their JT cryostat to the United States military through DLA, Defense Logistics Agency, and the Sidewinder went on to enjoy a renewed popularity and large volumes of these missiles are produced today.

When I arrived in Abilene Texas in late 2009 I soon felt that I had been ensconced into a sort of virtual prison. Bush then ordered me to stop working on Bitcoin and to work only on government projects given to me. I was shocked, but felt that I had little choice and must comply. I felt threatened and pressured in a new state with my family and friends so far away in California.

The members of the SOS human intel gathering software team worked with the NSA and Bush throughout 2010 on the new high altitude dirigible system. A part of the mission was to eavesdrop and follow terrorist suspects on the ground. I was contracted to provide general problem solving and software development skills to the project using the UNIX platform, bash scripting and C/C++ development tools. My expertise as a database expert was also called upon. I mostly worked from my 10 meter RV which I had parked on the 1 acre of land I had just purchased in Abilene in fairly close proximity to Dyess Air Force base.


SOS - Suborbital Satellite

The functions of the SOS are top secret and the agencies involved go to great lengths to keep their real capabilities from being known to the public. These dirigibles operate at an altitude of approximately 20,000 meters, well out of human view. They are a sort of Swiss army knife of intelligence gathering and infrastructure penetration tools and they relay information back through satellites to Fort Meade, the NSA headquarters.

Additionally, they have a weapon on board that is capable of discharging an energy beam upon infrastructure and people on the ground. These are potentially deadly weapons and are used as a soft kill technology leaving no trace as to their use. The energy beam weapon has the capability to take human life as well as to disable and destroy targeted equipment. They utilize high powered phased arrays, an EMF beam forming technology, to precisely project energy beams onto targets on the ground. These weapons generate two intersecting beams to exact points in 3D space which creates a high energy discharge at the point of intersection.

This is practically an invisible weapon, deploy-able anywhere, and is able to silently carry out the following list of attacks on the ground: cause heart attacks in people, especially the elderly and physically vulnerable; cause tearing and soft tissue damage in the abdomen leading to a potentially fatal hemorrhage; quickly drain the battery of a car making it unable to turn over and start; cause severe cerebral distress by sending a high powered electrical charge into a human brain; as well as to disrupt the functions and permanently damage computational devices including the many computer systems within modern automobiles, causing serious damage to the car which can be difficult to locate and repair.

Since Bush has taken over much of the control of the military and the aforementioned clandestine agencies, he has used these dirigibles as a dissident suppression tool and to eliminated people who have written about the 911 and other high level conspiracies. Many have died. James P. Tucker Jr., a now deceased journalist who wrote about 911 and the Bilderberg Group meetings, I suspect, was possibly eliminated using the SOS weapon as the symptoms described by him in the days leading up to his death, complaining about an energy beam on his head, seemed consistent with capabilities of the SOS platform. Tucker died of complications after taking a hard fall down the stairs in his home. Later, this weapon was turned on myself and perhaps others on the SOS software team. More about that in a moment.

Incidentally, these beams can be attenuated (blocked) with any strong EMF shield such as thick conducting metals or water. If one is suffering such an attack, a swimming pool or lake could save your life! Also, crawling under an automobile can help block the energy beam which is essentially just a very strongly concentrated EMF signal.

Additionally, the SOS are equipped with specialized tools that are able to listen to people speaking in person on the ground. They utilize EMF jammers that can disrupt all manner of communications and frequencies ranges including cellular telephones. They have strong signals intelligence equipment, capable of engaging and interacting with various terrestrial based communication systems such as cellular networks. They also have high resolution cameras on board with strong AI processing to assimilate and provide target analysis and tracking.

What differentiates these craft from other light objects in the sky as follows: if one studies the object, they shall observed flashing blue and red lights; the objects move slowly across the sky and sometimes loiter in the same location, and they are usually much bigger and brighter than stars, yet much smaller than the moon. The red/blue flashing lights are proof that these are aircraft and not heavenly objects.

These aircraft provide great advantage and power to the field agents working locally on the ground and are often times used in subtle ways. They can be seen all over Mexico and are most visible in the early morning and evening, just after sunset, as the sun reflects off of the skin of the craft making them glow brightly.

Always in this work it was assumed by us on my team that these assets and systems would be deployed in foreign lands against foreign adversaries to fight terrorists such as terror suspects in Afghanistan. However, in 2010 it leaked out to our group that these particular SOS would also be deployed in the United States and be used against our own citizens. The reaction from the team members was surprise and outrage. We felt betrayed by our own government and that the political system had completely turned against the people that it was supposed to protect.

For this and the very broad information collection schemes being implemented many employees and contractors began to flea the agency. One very well known defector from this time period was Edward Snowden who delivered confidential information to a journalist and was then chased all over the world by the CIA. Colleagues, who have now left the agency, assisted him with his escape. We began to feel that our democracy was falling apart, and we shared a collective guilt about our work being turned on our own people. Those in power made little effort to hide the fact that it was no longer safe in the United States, especially for those of us who knew what was happening with this sort of technology.

Towards the end of 2010 I began to make plans to leave the country. Soon the harassment I had been experiencing in California began again where I was living in Texas. I then had a very rough time with my home being invaded and computers getting hacked.

It was at this time that I suffered my first attack from the SOS weapon where it was used to cast a beam of energy into my cranium. It felt like I was being given an electrical shock directly inside my brain! I wound up in the hospital in Abilene, unable to rationally explain what had just happened to me. I really believe that they tried to murder me on this day.

When the attack started I ran out of my home and to a neighbor's house. They called an ambulance that drove me to a hospital. When we arrived at the hospital and wheeled me out of the ambulance, and I was again visible and in the line of sight from the sky, they attacked again, very hard. My body began to convulse as they wheeled me across the parking lot towards the front door, until they got me inside the building and out of line of sight of the SOS weapon. The tall hospital building gave me cover.

At the hospital they could find nothing wrong with me, I left the hospital and made my way home in the evening. I then contacted the team leader and told him that I was renouncing my intentions to work on cryptocurrency altogether and announced that I planned to leave the country. Before leaving I told Mr. Bush and others that I would be starting a new life in Mexico working in solar energy, and that I wished to be left alone.

It is important to note that, at the time Hal Finney and I were being stalked in California before I moved to Texas, we did not know who was stalking us. I did not believe at the time that Mr. Greenough was the one stalking us, nor did we fully realize that agents of our own government were behind these efforts. We believed that we were being stalked by people wishing to steal Bitcoin and that possibly local mafia was involved. It was not until I arrived in Texas that I put it all together and realized that Mr. Greenough was behind these efforts to stalk us and that he was working closely with Mr. Bush likely Mr. Gates as well as the mafia. My move to Texas was part of an effort to contain me and to halt the development work that we were doing on Bitcoin.

Since then, this weapon has been used against myself many times in an effort to frighten me and to take my life. In the last 18 months alone they have made three serious attempts on my life with this weapon. In May of 2024, I had to receive an IV in order to feed myself as they had done extensive damage to my stomach while I had been sleeping.


IV Administered after SOS Attack in 2024 in Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico

My friend who took care of me has a family with a member who knows basic nursing skills and administered the IV, but then my friend suffered the loss of two family members, one of a heart attack and one from what may have been an internal hemorrhage to the digestive system within one week of assisting me! When I was driven home after receiving the IV we were heavily followed by State and Municipal police. One year later, the wife of the man who had driven me home died of a heart attack. It appears that they are picking us off one by one!

I have also experienced another death, possibly from this weapon, the mother in law of one of my best friends may have died from this weapon. The cause of death was a stomach infection but this could have been caused by a digestive tract rupture. I, myself must now sleep beneath 2 feet of water in order to stay safe while sleeping. Some of these attacks are subtle and not immediately detectable as such. The result is that one winds up in the hospital with interal tissue damage which can be difficult to diagnose.

A note about AI, Artificial Intelligence. One of the top priorities of the team who manages this weapon is to maintain secrecy around its deadly capabilities and how it is used to carry out assassinations. The team in charge employs an AI system to decide when murders are to be carried out. If the AI system deems the murder will possibly around suspicion, then the authorization for the murder is denied. By operating in this manner detection of this deadly function can be carefully hidden for decades.

It is imparative for all of Mexico to realize: You are under attack by United States agencies who are intent upon overthrowing your government and inading your country. Therefore, you must take immediate action to interrupt efforts to infiltrate your police and other government agencies. Start with Hermosillo, Sonora and go after State and city police as well as State judicial corruption.

This program of secret executions by George W. Bush and his band of outlaws operating in the Americas must stop. An investigation should be conducted to collect evidence from the survivors and to begin to ask questions of the US government liaisons such as consulate staff. These weapons must be immediately withdrawn from Mexican airspace. They are dangerous and being used in highly illegal activities against the people of Mexico.
